Computer-Related
I still like writing code even though no one's paying me anymore. Most of what I build is for myself — home automation, utilities for the homelab, that sort of thing. The kitchen kiosk has been keeping me busy lately. Shareable stuff lives over in tools.
Getting Outside
I hike as much as I can. Last week I was out at Ross Lake; next weekend I'm headed into the Issaquah Alps with some friends. In winter, when the mountains cooperate, I ski.
Summertime
Summers here are pretty great. I like to take the convertible out on a nice day, catch a Mariners game, or just have a long lunch with friends. A nice Red Mountain cab helps with most of those.
Staying Active
I built a home gym a while back and try to get in there every day. Retirement makes it easy to be sedentary, so the gym helps. Lynn and I also spend a fair amount of time in the garden and keeping the house up.
Everything Else
I take a lot of photos — they're on my photo page. We travel when we get the chance; Lynn keeps a travel blog that does a much better job documenting those trips than I would.
